The top graduate paper was “International Assassinations and Future Research: Insights from the Assassination of Hardeep Singh Nijjar”, written by Aidan Kerr and Nikhil Goyal (University of Toronto).
The top undergraduate paper was “ Eyes Everywhere, Against All Enemies: Analyzing Non-Governmental Open-Source Intelligence in the Russo-Ukrainian War”, written by Anna Lysenko (University of Toronto).
The winners will present their papers at the CASIS annual symposium in Ottawa on November 1, 2024. Congratulations to Aidan, Nikhil, and Anna!
